Owner/Regional Manager

A proud Bay County native, Emily now calls Ormond Beach in Volusia County home. She is a graduate of Florida State University and brings over 18 years of being in business to the table. Emily is deeply rooted in her community, serving as a Sustainer in The Junior League of Daytona Beach, a board member of the Ormond Beach Sandcrabs Pop Warner Football and Cheer program, and a dedicated volunteer in several Volusia County schools. Her active involvement in both Bay and Volusia Counties has helped shape her into a respected and influential business leader.


Emily is passionate about giving back and upholding strong civic values. As the wife of an Army veteran and retired Bay County Sheriff’s officer, she holds a deep appreciation for the service of our military and first responders.


Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, watching Isabell birdie in golf and Tank dominate on the football field, playing cards, and embracing her title as “cruise queen.”


As the owner of Who Dey, Emily understands the importance of balancing a strong bottom line with a people-first approach. She has built a team that shares her commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service.

Kathy is a proud Georgia Native (GO DAWGS), who brings over 30 years of experience in the printing industry to Who Dey. Her dedication to quality work and exceptional customer service have earned her a strong reputation and a loyal client base. With her friendly, outgoing personality, Kathy ensures that every customer feels valued and welcomed.

When she’s not helping customers bring their vision to life, Kathy enjoys a vibrant life. She and her husband Sonny love spending time outdoors – especially kayaking – and catching live music whenever they can. She also enjoys cooking for her family and friends, singing karaoke, and creating lasting memories with loved ones.  

Hobbies: Kayaking, traveling, camping, live music, movies, reading, hiking, cooking and karaoke
What makes you laugh? My husband Sonny, who (side note) went to Comedy School, among his many other academic achievements.
What profession would you like to do for a day? Country music singer who performs at the Grand Ole Opry.

Jennifer joined Who Dey in the summer of 2023, bringing a creative mind to the Team. She believes in providing an excellent customer experience and can’t wait to help you with your order!

Jennifer spends her free time cruising for clearance collectibles online and, can't turn down a good deal. She loves the moon, going to concerts, watching documentaries, and spending time with family and her pets Fez and Harvey.

Audrie is the Embroidery Tech Specialist here at Who Dey. She is a second-generation native of Panama City and has lived here her whole life. She is a natural creative, and she thrives in places that let her express it. She lives with her boyfriend of 3 and a half years, Noah, and her two orange cats, Thor and Mushroom. She’s almost always listening to music, and on the weekends, she loves to visit the water, either at the beach or at our beautiful Florida springs. Her favorite colors are orange and navy – WDE!

David moved here from Louisiana 15 years ago and has since called Panama City his home. David and his wife Victoria have two beautiful children named Harper Kay and Luke. David is a detail oriented, hardworking individual who always gets things done on time. When David isn't working hard his favorite thing to do is give Jenny Lou a hard time (teasingly of course), and making the team smile.

Parker Davila

Parker Davila

Production Assistant

Parker is a vital component of the Who Dey family, as he grew up around the business. He helps with every aspect of the printing process from start to finish. He also specializes in sports apparel numbering and personalization. Parker spends time away from Who Dey with his friends and pursuing his passion for soccer playing in several adult leagues. Parker is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and he is not afraid to talk trash about the opposing teams. Parker is also one of the hosts of the Two P's on A Pod podcast known for being a brotherly sports podcast.
Jona Hammond

Account Executive

Jona has been with the Who Dey family since 2017. Jona brings his extensive sales experience and love for interacting with people to Who Dey as our Account Executive. A long-time resident of Panama City, he graduated from Bay High School before traveling overseas to play soccer professionally. He is currently the Head Boys Soccer Coach at Arnold High School and the owner of Florida Roots Soccer School. His passion for life and community makes him a natural salesperson and a welcome member of the team. When he's not making sales calls or coaching soccer, you can find him in Panama City with his wife, two daughters (Harper Lee and Stella Grace), and two sons (Asher Stone and Jonah Grey).

Jenn has been designing custom creations for Who Dey’s customers since the doors opened in 2008. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Fine Arts. She is an art teacher at Beach Elementary School on Panama City Beach. When she isn’t teaching she continues to design logos and artwork for our customers. She enjoys spending time with her close friends and going to the beach.
Odessa Kelley

Graphic Designer

Odessa is a fine artist and graphic designer whose love of travel heavily influences her design sense. She holds a graphic design degree and has 20+ years of experience in graphic design, with 13 years of specialized screen printing design and separations. Odessa describes herself as an artist, designer, photographer, bug nerd, history lover, science geek, and endlessly curious.
